Make An Appointment

Looking to make an appointment with one of our career counselors? The Pre-Health Student Resource Center offers UMN student and alumni appointments for a variety of needs.

When scheduling a drop-in or 30-minute appointment, you will first fill out an intake form, and then be sent to our Web Scheduler. If you are unable to see any available dates at first, try clicking on a date in the calendar to the far left of the screen. Available slots may take a few moments to load.

Since many health program application sites open in early May, we have reserved our 30-minute appointments between May 13th and June 7th for UMN students and alumni planning to apply to health programs this cycle. If you are not applying to a health program this cycle, we encourage you to connect with us in a 15-minute drop-in or in a 30-minute appointment after June 7th. Once clicking into the scheduling link for the 30-minute appointments, you will be able to select the appointment type that best fits your needs. Follow along with the intake form, and be sure to click to the web scheduling calendar at the end of the form.

Please note that at certain times of the year, we are booking appointments out 2-3 weeks in advance. We are not able to guarantee appointment availability outside of the visible web scheduling blocks.
